We are a pre-seed startup with a dynamic team of around 5 people, focused on revolutionizing customer service through Gen AI and telephony. We are looking for a talented AI Software Engineer - RAG. If you are passionate about cutting-edge technology and want to be part of a company in its early stages, building an innovative AI agent platform for calls, this opportunity is for you!

🤖 Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Evaluate generative AI models (OpenAI, Mistral, etc.), embedding algorithms, and develop an efficient and scalable RAG pipeline.
• Lead the design and architecture of the backend of our AI platform, ensuring robustness and scalability.
• Collaborate with a small and agile team to implement the AI infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
• Ensure seamless integration of the platform with our AI agents for calls.
• Manage telephony integrations with Twilio or VoxImplant to optimize customer interactions.
• Innovate and improve the overall architecture of the platform, with a focus on scalability and performance.

🛠️ Technical Requirements:

• Proven track record in Generative AI and RAG development, with experience in microservices architecture and cloud platforms (Azure).
• Knowledge of Generative AI models like OpenAI, Gemini, and Mistral.
• Familiarity with RAG systems in Azure AI Search, LlamaIndex, LangChain, and/or Ragflow.
• Experience with Cosmos DB, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, Azure Functions, Azure API Management.
• Proficiency in Python or C# programming languages.
