Graphic Designer

As Capital Rx’s Graphic Designer, you will be given creative license to evolve the brand and push it to new levels. You are expected to be an enthusiastic and creatively driven team member responsible for building creative strategies for the brand, our products and overall design expansion as we evolve as a company. The ideal candidate has working experience in graphic design, art direction and/or studio environments and works well with others.

This role thrives in a collaboration team environment and will support creative programs and asset development cross-functionally within different departments. The role reports to the Creative Services Manager.

Position Responsibilities

• Design print and digital assets including sell sheets, display ads, sales presentations, brochures, event materials, and landing pages
• Create high-quality images for newsletters, social media, business articles, and blogs
• Develop creative business presentations in Powerpoint and MS Word
• Design compelling onboarding materials for new members
• Create and update web pages on cap-rx.com and associated microsites
• Provide timely turnaround times from spec/inception to finished project
• Create emotive design work that will make our clients, customers, employees and channel partners proud to work with and stay with Capital Rx
• Works within brand and style guidelines
• Anticipates business problems that may impede expansion and progress and provide creative solutions to help remove barriers
• Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance.

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA in advertising, fine art, design or relevant experience required
• 3+ years of graphic design experience
• Expert understanding of the formal elements of design, not just limited to the web but including typography, layout, balance, and proportion
• Preferred experience in B2B Healthtech, pharmacy benefits management, or other healthcare businesses
• Accountability and a high bar when working with production systems
• Fluent in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, and Asana
• Obsess over your craft and love to learn
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication abilities leading to positive interactions with stakeholders across our business
• Clean and modern design aesthetic and strong typographic skills
• Ability to understand brand standards and deliver consistent results
• A tenacity for moving quickly on new, green-field projects while steadfastly delivering on long-term roadmap
• Must also be willing to be a team player and pitch in with general and administrative marketing duties like all other marketing team members, when needed.

Pluses

• Ability to create animation-based videos and supporting graphics for videos using Adobe After Effects Premier Pro
• Experience with Webflow with knowledge of CSS

Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

This position description is designed to be flexible, allowing management the opportunity to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities as needed to best meet organizational goals.
