Scope of Work:
Capio Group is looking for an experienced and qualified Software Engineer to augment and support current client staff in the implementation and Maintenance & Operations (M&O) of the Continuum-EHR (Electronic Health Record) solution. This role involves providing critical IT services while ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality standards and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
The Software Engineer will be responsible for tasks including but not limited to:
Prepare and deliver written Monthly Status Reports (MSR). MSRs will include the following information, but not limited to:
The background, scope, and purpose of services,
A summary of the work completed during the reporting period, showing actual vs. planned
Highlighted tasks that are work in progress, behind schedule, adopted remediation plans, and overall impact on the project
The status of the overall engagement and all phases/ projects, including discussion of risks, problems encountered, solutions, and proposed solutions
The tasks expected to be completed in the next reporting period. Ad hoc reporting as required
Present and deliver written and verbal weekly/regular status reports that include an
Overview of upcoming activities,
Schedule,
Findings and
Corrective action planning
Plan, develop, and implement an overall application architecture for both on-premise and cloud solutions, including online transactions, online analytical processing, data warehousing, data lakes, and monitoring and notification tools
Plan, develop, and implement data migration solutions for moving data from an on-premises environment to a cloud environment
Establish a framework for API / Service-based development by creating and maintaining a technical playbook for developers based on API, Service, and Event-Driven architecture
Design and implement security best practices. Provide ability to audit the data processes. Implement data protection in regard to Protected Health Information (PHI)
Act as a Team Lead and coach Team Members on implementing best practices for software development
Prepare and deliver all documents and artifacts required for client staff to perform Agile Methodology and Enterprise Architecture. The artifacts should Include the following:
Knowledge Transfer Plan
Training Materials for Trainers and Staff
Facilitated “Show and Tell” Sessions
Hands-On Collaboration Sessions
Peer Reviews
Advisory Support
Develop and submit a Final Report. The report shall detail Contract activities, accomplishments, a budget summary, lessons learned, and suggestions for improvement
Mandatory Experience:
Desirable Experience:
Within the last fifteen (15) years, at least three (3) years Data protection and security best practices including understanding of Protected Health Information (PHI)
Within the last fifteen (15) years, at least three (3) years’ experience with Integration toolsets and APIs
Within the last fifteen (15) years, at least five (5) years’ experience in any combination listed below:
Leading Technical Teams in programming application solutions. And / Or
Coaching and Training within the adopted cloud solutions and consulting/peer current on-premises framework
Within the last fifteen (15) years, minimum of two (2) or more years of experience in EHR (Electronic Health Record) integration
Within the last fifteen (15) years, at least three (3) years’ experience in Azure Cloud experience
