What You Will Do

We have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Senior Associate – Events and Marketing to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for leading and coordinating webcasts, events, and sponsorships in support of firm, industry, and service growth. This professional also executes graphics, video, and other digital work in support of various marketing and business development opportunities and initiatives.

As Marketing Senior Associate – Events and Marketing, you will be a vital part of our marketing team and provide high-quality service in leading and coordinating all activities to create and support strategic events which may include, but are not limited to, webcasts, sponsorships, podcasts, seminars, trade show and conference exhibits, networking events, and communications.

Marketing

• Work closely with partners and other stakeholders on event plan and strategy, and coordinate and execute events and supporting logistics
• Develop related event collateral to include video, writing, editing, proofreading, and maximizing exposure through the appropriate strategic marketing channels
• Support a wide range of marketing tactics and activities as defined in strategic marketing plans, including lead-generation campaigns
• Maintain relevant databases to ensure accurate and accessible records, with heavy focus on the firm’s CRM system
• Assist with graphic support on marketing collateral and promotional materials
• Ensure compliance with firm guidelines and brand standards
• Participate in firm and team meetings
• Execute special projects as assigned

Practice Development

• Provide primary support for HubSpot, the firm’s CRM system
• Assist in the tracking of marketing event return on investment
• Participate in industry and service team business development/pipeline review meetings

Key Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field required
• Minimum of 3 years marketing experience required; professional services environment preferred
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills required. Experience with GoToWebinar, Zoom, and HubSpot preferred, as well as experience with InDesign, WordPress, Vimeo, and other video software.
• Requires professionalism, diplomacy, organization, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple project requests simultaneously in a timely manner.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff from entry level to partners and work well in a team-focused, collaborative environment. High-level verbal and written communication skills required. High attention to detail is essential.
