As a UX Designer you will focus on designing intuitive, user-centered reporting experiences. You’ll conduct user research and create wireframes and prototypes.

Your role:

Conduct user research, user workshops
Map user journeys for data/report usage
Design intuitive, visually engaging reports
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Create design system and align designs with brand guidelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and conduct usability testing and iterate designs

Your profile:

Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio
Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Understanding of user-centered design principles
Strong communication skills in Romanian and English
Capable of working autonomously

Location: Romania, remote

Role project based : 3 months contract, with chances of extension until end of year
