Responsibilities
- Audience Analytics: Deepen understanding of TIAA prospects and customers.
- Create capabilities that provide detailed views of audiences and how they are connected to existing marketing efforts.
- Develop predictive models to forecast customer behaviors such as churn, lifetime value, and response rates to inform marketing strategy and improve effectiveness.
- Advanced Measurement: Develop the marketing attribution strategy for key business outcomes to measure the impact of marketing activities on each stage of the customer lifecycle and optimize marketing spend.
- Establish clear marketing KPIs and measurement frameworks.
- Build experiments (A/B, holdouts, and causal inference) to measure the incremental impact of marketing.
- Develop advanced capabilities that combine marketing attribution and MMM for holistic ROI measurement.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior executives and stakeholders, effectively communicating complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science & AI, marketing analytics, and technology trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related quantitative field
- 5+ years experience applying advanced analytics in a marketing context
- Expert knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimental design
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL and data visualization tools
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with marketing analytics platforms and marketing automation tools
Required Skills

- 5+ years experience applying advanced analytics in a marketing context

Preferred Skills
