Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Develop and implement UI/UX design strategy.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.

Design and refine UI elements and layouts.

Conduct user research and analyze data for design improvements.

Collaborate with teams to enhance digital experiences.

Ensure adherence to style standards and usability guidelines.

Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Education, Skills And Experience

MUST HAVE:

Investigate user experience design requirements for a suite of digital assets and develop a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.

Produce high-quality UX design solutions, including wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.

Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets, and test various UI elements and page layouts.

Collaborate with the marketing team and internal/external designers to deliver tailored experiences for digital users.

Provide advice on UX research methodologies, adhere to style standards, and showcase a portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for web and mobile platforms.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in multitasking and time management.

Analyze user data, conduct observational research, and use insights to make design decisions.

Attend design and business strategy meetings to align UX/UI efforts with business goals.
