We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Data Analysis and SQL to lead strategic initiatives and ensure successful delivery of complex data projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SQL querying, excellent organizational skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Calificaciones

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management, ideally within data analytics or technology domains.
Strong SQL querying skills and experience working with databases.
Solid understanding of data analytics concepts and tools.
Experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Background in managing cross-functional and remote teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project planning sessions, ensuring proper definition of scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors/partners to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
Monitor and track project progress using appropriate project management tools and methodologies.
Ensure timely delivery of projects aligned with defined objectives, scope, and cost constraints.
Proactively manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget using structured change control processes.
Use data-driven methods and tools to measure and report on project performance and health.
Identify potential risks, assess impacts, and implement mitigation plans to minimize project risks.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and escalate issues to leadership when necessary.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
