Your Client

We are seeking a Development Lead to guide a high-performing Feature Team in a project focused on marketing and sales optimization. The initiative aims to analyze, predict, and optimize revenue growth management using modern data technologies and Generative AI (GenAI) tools to enhance development efficiency. This role is ideal for a technically strong, open-minded leader who is passionate about mentoring others, driving engineering excellence, and maintaining close collaboration with clients and stakeholders.

Your Profile

  • 7+ years of commercial software development experience.

  • 5+ years of Python development experience.

  • Proven experience leading engineering teams or feature squads.

  • Strong hands-on experience with:

  • FastAPI, Pandas, asyncio, SQLAlchemy

  • Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ, gRPC

  • Microservices architecture

  • Docker and cloud platforms

  • Experience using GenAI tools to support development workflows.

  • Deep understanding of software engineering principles, OOP, OOD, and design patterns.

  • Strong Agile/Scrum experience.

  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.

  • Exceptional communication skills, especially in client-facing roles.

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written

Your Tasks

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-quality features.
  • Use GenAI tools (e.g.,Cursoer, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to streamline development, documentation, and testing processes.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and clients to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Drive architectural decisions and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Break down complex features into manageable tasks and delegate effectively.
  • Ensure timely delivery of features with a focus on quality, performance, and maintainability.
  • Proactively identify risks and lead mitigation efforts.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
  • Mentor and support team members, conducting code reviews and technical guidance.
  • Act as a key point of contact for client communication, ensuring transparency and trust.
