A Candidate Will Demonstrate

Proven experience:

Typically 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience, with hands-on experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications.

Technical expertise:

We work across a variety of technologies and projects, so we do not expect candidates to have experience with every technology listed below. However, successful candidates should have hands-on experience with several of these areas and demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

Examples of technologies and domains we commonly work with include:

  • Backend development using PHP, Java, Python, or similar modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Frontend development using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, React, Angular, or similar technologies.
  • Relational databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and ORM frameworks.
  • Building and consuming REST APIs and integrating third-party services.
  • Containerized development using Docker and related technologies.
  • Automated testing, test-driven development, and modern software quality practices.
  • Version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
  • Linux-based environments, web servers, and infrastructure fundamentals.
  • Cloud platforms and infrastructure concepts.
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, performance optimization, and application monitoring.

Project ownership:

Ability to independently deliver features and technical solutions while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and balancing technical excellence with business needs.

Collaboration and communication:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers, product teams, project managers, and non-technical stakeholders.

Continuous growth:

A proactive mindset with a passion for learning new technologies, improving engineering practices, and expanding technical capabilities.

Education:

Although not essential, a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field would be advantageous.

We are looking for engineers who are curious, adaptable, and eager to work across both traditional software engineering and AI technologies to solve real-world business problems.
