This isn’t a role for someone still playing with templates and guessing their way through ads.
We want a proven innovator who’s built scalable, AI-enhanced lead machines—and knows how to boost both volume and quality at the same time. You’ll own top-to-bottom funnel strategy:
Funnel architecture across every stage of the buyer journey
AI-informed audience building and segmentation
Personalized nurture and email flows that convert
Paid advertising across Meta, Google, and more—optimized with real-time data
Predictive analytics to qualify and prioritize the best-fit prospects
We're looking for someone who gets the whole picture:
Funnel creation. Prospect lifecycle. Acquisition strategy. Conversion science.
A few quarters ago, we ran a lean outbound campaign powered by Clay + Smartlead.
$300K+ in pipeline. 20% drop in cost per lead.
Now we want to weaponize that success—and scale it into a system that fuels our sales team daily.
This is a high-ownership, high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO.
