Role Description

We’re looking for a strong, versatile UX/UI Designer to help bring structure, consistency, and elegance to our evolving product. You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping the design system, unifying visuals, and improving usability across all key flows and screens.

This is a high-impact role with room for ownership and influence — your work will directly shape the user experience and visual identity of the product.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit and improve the current Figma workspace: organize styles, components, and layouts
• Consolidate and build out the product’s visual system and design guidelines
• Design intuitive and visually clean user flows based on product requirements
• Conduct competitive research and translate insights into practical improvements
• Collaborate closely with the design lead, product managers, and developers
• Ensure consistency between product UI and marketing visuals

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing mobile and web interfaces
• Advanced proficiency in Figma: components, auto-layouts, design libraries, and version control
• Solid understanding of UX research, best practices, and user-centric design thinking
• Ability to convert complex flows into simple, usable, and elegant interfaces
• A strong sense of visual language, hierarchy, and system thinking
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset

Bonus Skills

• Experience working in gaming, fintech, or entertainment products
• A passion for design systems and visual consistency
• Eye for detail and precision in execution
• Experience contributing to both UI and marketing design efforts
