Job Description
Our ideal candidate MUST have hands-on experience coordinating email and sms campaigns preferably using Insider platform, be driven to take initiative, and be a great cultural fit. We are looking for someone who can quickly adapt to new environments, new processes and maintain a high standard of accuracy across all customer communications. Email campaign success comes from cross functional teams working together. Australian market experience is a must.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:
- Manage our day-to-day email and sms campaigns, which includes taking information from various sources to develop briefs, building, testing, executing, reporting, segmenting audience lists and more.
- Manage a direct report in the CRM team.
- Manage the loyalty program evolution including driving sign ups and retention campaigns
- Report on loyalty program metrics and embed the program into the broader business
- Promote continuous improvement through A/B testing, analysis and insights and make recommendations to optimise performance
- Be able to build intermediate CRM reports
- Lead eDM campaign execution from idea creation to deployment, including scheduling, segmentation, production, A/B testing, landing page creation, price updates and further optimisation
- Schedule campaigns based on product sales and customer data analysis, product launch calendar and content & social media calendar
- Manage and optimise email campaigns towards KPIs on deliverability, opens, clicks and sales
- Segment the list based on various customer behaviours and predetermined personas
Experience & Qualifications Required:
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
- A strong interest in email marketing, e-commerce, digital and loyalty.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Email Marketing, Marketing Automation or a similar role.
- Proven experience and success with Insider or similar and understanding of email metrics.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
- Self-motivated and disciplined.
- A desire for self-improvement and ability to take and action feedback.
- Highly collaborative team player, able to work in a fast environment alongside teams and key stakeholders.
- Bonus: basic knowledge of HTML/CSS email template code.
