About Camber
Camber Partners is a growth equity firm that backs product-led SaaS companies and helps them scale with capital and hands-on operational support. We specialize in majority buyouts of high-potential software businesses, then partner closely with their leadership teams to drive smarter, more sustainable growth.
Our portfolio includes companies scaling from $XM to $XXM+ ARR, many of which are led by deeply product-centric teams. With our proprietary data platform, Horizon, and a tight-knit internal Growth team, we bring structure, insight, and momentum to every corner of the go-to-market engine.
The Role
We’re now building a new AI-native GTM Enablement function to help our portfolio companies leverage generative AI and large language models (LLMs) across marketing and demand generation. This is a unique opportunity to join the ground floor of a high-impact team.
As the Head of AI Marketing, you’ll be the connective tissue between our AI engineering capabilities and the go-to-market needs of our portfolio companies. You’ll work closely with GTM teams to identify high-leverage AI use cases, manage deployments of LLM-powered workflows, and translate successful experiments into scalable playbooks.
This hybrid role blends product marketing, product management, and AI enablement. You won’t need to write code, but you should be highly fluent in prompt engineering, content systems, and how B2B SaaS companies generate pipeline and grow revenue.
Role Highlights
- Greenfield opportunity: Help define what AI-native growth looks like across a portfolio of SaaS businesses
- Immediate impact: See your work influence real companies’ growth trajectories within weeks
- Strategic visibility: Work directly with founders, CEOs, and Camber partners
- Platform advantage: Access proprietary data (Horizon) and operational leverage to move faster than most firms

- Serve as the main point of contact between Camber’s AI engineer and the GTM teams at each company.
- Help evaluate prospective new investment opportunities.
Pilot Execution
- Write and manage prompt templates for common use cases (e.g., Google Ads, landing pages, blogs, case study generation)
- Help design A/B tests, define success metrics (e.g., CTR, response rate, asset production time)
- QA AI-generated content and ensure brand voice alignment
Infrastructure & Best Practices
- Build and maintain a Notion-based prompt + best practices library, indexed by funnel stage, persona, and format
- Translate successful experiments into reusable templates and workflows
- Create light training and documentation for portfolio companies on how to use and adapt AI tools
Measurement & Optimization
- Set up tracking dashboards using Horizon to monitor impact.
- Work with the AI engineer to incorporate feedback loops from usage/performance back into the prompt and model design
- Report performance learnings to Camber and portfolio leadership
