CallsU is seeking a highly organized and strategic Marketing Campaign Manager to oversee and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves coordinating the launch and performance of outbound calling campaigns, aligning with client goals, and managing the internal team responsible for execution. It’s a performance-driven, operations-focused marketing role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and rollout of call-based marketing campaigns in coordination with clients
- Define campaign objectives, target audience segments, timelines, and key deliverables
- Manage and monitor performance of the calling team throughout each campaign
- Act as the key point of contact between clients and the internal operations team
- Track KPIs (conversion rates, call outcomes, ROI) and deliver post-campaign analysis
- Adjust strategies based on performance insights and client feedback
- Ensure all calling scripts and processes are aligned with client expectations and compliance guidelines
- Coordinate campaign training and onboarding for agents when necessary
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, client coordination, or operations (experience in outbound calling/call centers is a major plus)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and generate insights
- Confident communicator with client-facing experience and project management skills
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and manipulation
- Ability to think strategically while executing with attention to detail
- Experience in the iGaming, fintech, or performance marketing space is an advantage
- Fluent in English
