Senior Software Engineers with fluency in Russian are invited to participate in AI research projects in collaboration with leading AI labs. The role involves a range of programming tasks, including debugging, refactoring, and writing test cases for complex codebases, while contributing to projects that advance cutting-edge AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on programming tasks such as debugging, refactoring, and testing code repositories.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI research teams on high-impact software initiatives.
• Write efficient, well-documented code and improve overall codebase quality.
• Contribute technical expertise to projects involving multiple programming environments.

Ideal Qualifications

• Fluency in Russian (required).
• Expertise in one or more programming languages, including Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Rust, Go, or C#.
• 3+ years of industry experience, ideally with exposure to large-scale systems at a top-tier tech company.
• Alternatively, significant contributions to complex open-source projects may qualify.
• Strong ability to collaborate remotely and work independently with minimal oversight.

Project Details

• Start Date: Immediate
• Commitment: Minimum 10 hours/week; up to 40 hours/week based on performance.
• Fully remote and asynchronous — flexible scheduling.

Compensation & Contract

• Pay Rate: $100–$200 per hour (U.S.-based applicants); rates may vary by location but remain competitive globally.
• Status: Independent Contractor.
• Payments: Weekly via Stripe Connect based on hours worked.
• Visa Note: H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not currently supported.
