As a senior developer at Calder Solutions you will play a key role in developing, and delivering innovative software solutions while providing technical leadership to both customers and internal teams. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and customer-focused problem-solving skills.

Software Development & Design:

Write, analyze, and optimize high-quality code to ensure functionality, accuracy, and performance.
Architect, design, develop, deploy, and support software technology solutions for customers and the business.
Contribute to the completion of software project designs and implementations.

Customer Support:

Monitor and respond to customer needs through support channels, delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
Anticipate customer needs and address them proactively with effective solutions.

Code Review & Analysis:

Regularly analyze code segments for quality and maintainability.
Submit work for review and ensure it aligns with design plans and project objectives.

Mentorship & Collaboration:

Mentor and guide team members through knowledge sharing, hands-on assistance, and by setting a strong example of industry best practices.
Respond to team tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
