Senior User Experience Designer

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design and development of user-centric experiences across our AI-powered platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align design strategies with business goals.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that promote simplicity and engagement.
• Define and implement UX best practices and data-driven design decisions within Caktus’s lean agile development processes, to push innovation at scale.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of UX design experience, preferably in SaaS or AI-driven platforms.
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centric designs and measurable outcomes.
• Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Demonstrated use of interaction design principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Passion for education technology and a drive to make learning smarter, faster, and better.
• Our primary need is UX Design, and the ideal candidate will also have UI/ visual design experience and/ or some frontend programming skills
