JOB SUMMARY: Seeking a talented and visionary Lead Designer to drive the creative and aesthetic direction of our next generation of slot games. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in defining the visual and interactive elements of our games, ensuring they are engaging, user-friendly, and visually stunning. This individual will not only shape the look and feel of our games but also contribute to enhancing user experience and engagement.

Essential Role Requirements

Exceptionally passionate about slot and table gaming
Establish and communicate the visual style and creative vision for our slot games, ensuring they align with our company's brand and appeal to our target audiences
Lead, inspire, and manage a team of graphic designers, animators, and UI/UX designers, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and efficient creative environment
Work closely with game developers, mathematicians, sound designers, and product managers to ensure a cohesive and integrated game experience that aligns with the game's mathematical models and technical constraints
Stay abreast of the latest trends in game design, technology, and user experience to continually innovate and elevate our game offerings
Oversee the creation and management of all visual assets, including game symbols, backgrounds, animations, and interface elements, ensuring they are of high quality and optimized for performance
Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces and player experiences, incorporating player feedback and usability testing into the design process
Ensure that all design elements comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, collaborating with the quality assurance team to address any issues

Experience Required

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Game Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in game design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in the slot and table game industry
Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and motivate a team of creative professionals
Expertise in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with game development tools and software
A strong understanding of UI/UX principles, color theory, typography, and graphic design trends
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and disciplines
A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of what makes slot games entertaining and engaging for diverse audiences

The salary range for this position is $96,400.00 - $154,770.00 USD, which is dependent on a several factors including relevant experience, geography, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k)-matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid Flexible Time Off and paid company holidays.
