Are you a data-driven marketer who thrives on tracking KPIs, optimizing campaigns, and leading a team to generate high-quality leads?
We’re a fast-paced real estate investment company (wholesaling + flipping) looking for a Marketing Performance Manager to own and oversee all of our outbound and inbound marketing efforts.
This is a strategic and operational role — perfect for someone who understands paid ads, can build systems to monitor performance, and wants to lead a team to continuously improve lead quality and ROI.
What You’ll Own:
- Oversee all outbound/inbound marketing channels: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, direct mail, texting, and cold outreach
- Track and optimize KPIs across campaigns (Cost Per Lead, Conversion Rates, Lead Source Attribution, ROI)
- Collaborate with and manage marketing vendors (ads, creatives, copywriters, mailing providers)
- Provide feedback loops to sales and dispo teams on lead quality, and use that data to adjust targeting/messaging
- Build dashboards, reporting tools, and testing frameworks
- Make budget recommendations and strategic shifts based on performance data.
You Might Be a Fit If You:
- Have experience in real estate marketing, PPC, or lead generation
- Love spreadsheets, performance data, and building repeatable systems
- Have managed or coordinated teams of marketers or vendors
- Are the type of person who likes precision and accountability — you want campaigns that produce results
- Are confident leading strategy and execution
Bonus Points If You:
- Know tools like GoHighLevel, CallRail, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Zapier
- Have experience with CRM integration and automated lead follow-ups
Understand investor-specific marketing funnels (motivated sellers, cash buyers, etc.)
