Position Summary

We are seeking an SAP Fiori UX Design and Development Engineer to support the design, prototyping, and development of SAP Fiori applications used on store handheld devices, including Windows-based systems and Zebra handheld platforms. This role combines user experience principles with hands-on SAP UI5 development within the SAP BTP framework. The ideal candidate will translate Functional Design Documents into scalable SAP Fiori solutions aligned with RICEFW objects while ensuring usability, performance, and adherence to SAP architectural standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop SAP Fiori applications using SAP UI5 within the SAP BTP framework
• Create and iterate UI5-based prototypes and enhancements supporting store handheld workflows
• Translate Functional Design Documents into technical builds aligned with RICEFW objects
• Optimize user experience for performance and usability across Windows and Zebra handheld devices
• Collaborate with SAP functional, backend, and integration teams to ensure seamless system alignment
• Apply UX design best practices within SAP Fiori design standards and enterprise constraints
• Support testing, validation, and deployment activities within SAP environments

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing SAP Fiori applications
• Strong proficiency with SAP UI5
• Experience working within SAP BTP
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
• Experience interpreting and building from Functional Design Documents
• Working knowledge of RICEFW objects
• Experience delivering enterprise SAP front-end solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting applications deployed on Zebra handheld devices
• Knowledge of responsive design within SAP Fiori
• Experience optimizing enterprise applications for performance in retail or store environments

Compensation

In accordance with pay transparency law, the expected salary range for this position is $90,000– $134,000 annually. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This posted range reflects our good faith estimate of the compensation we reasonably expect to offer for this role at the time of posting.
