The Data & Decision Science (D&DS) team is one of the most dynamic and cross-functional teams at C2FO. It comprises four pillars: Data Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, Data Operations, and Business Intelligence. Spread across India and the US, our teams power C2FO’s global growth by building scalable, high-quality data solutions and driving data-backed innovation.
We manage the full lifecycle of data — from architecture and governance to advanced modeling, business intelligence, and AI. Our team enables smarter decisions, deeper insights, and practical experimentation across C2FO’s ecosystem.
About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist who thrives at the intersection of business impact and technical rigor. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of problems — from traditional ML (forecasting, credit scoring, churn prediction) to cutting-edge applications of large language models (LLMs) in customer engagement and retention.
