Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager, Business Travel, Up to c£60k + 10% Bonus, hybrid/remote. We are delighted to be working in partnership with this award winning, mid-size travel management company with a growing global footprint who are seeking a Marketing Manager. Hybrid or remote working arrangements are open for discussion depending on proximity from the companies offices in south east England.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention
• Lead, mentor, and provide direction to a Marketing Exec and external agencies
• Oversee multi-channel campaigns including digital, content, social media, events, and partnerships
• Own the brand narrative and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with sales, account management, and operations teams to optimise the customer journey
• Analyse performance metrics and ROI, using insights to continuously improve campaigns
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
• Identify new market opportunities and support expansion into new regions

Marketing Manager Skills Required

• Proven experience in a mid-senior marketing leadership role
• Experience within the business travel sector preferred and broader industry experience in events or leisure travel would be advantageous.
• Strong track record in B2B marketing and demand generation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven mindset with expertise in marketing analytics and tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
