Key Responsibilities
Brand & Content Ownership
Develop and refine ByteHire’s brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
Take full ownership of high-impact marketing content—including website, infographics, and promotional materials—to bolster our authority and visibility.
Pitch Decks & Investor Materials
Lead the creation of persuasive pitch decks that convey our value proposition and ROI to potential investors.
Collaborate with executives to position ByteHire competitively in funding and partnership discussions.
Sales Collaboration & Materials Oversight
Work closely with the Sales team to review and refine emails, messaging, and presentations, ensuring brand continuity and clear communication of ByteHire’s unique selling points.
Provide guidance on positioning, tone, and visuals to align with broader marketing and branding objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product, Design, and other teams to maintain consistent branding and support growth targets.
Manage external agencies and freelancers to deliver cohesive, on-brand assets.
Multi-Channel Campaigns
Plan and execute data-driven initiatives (SEO, social, PR, email) for maximum reach and ROI.
Continually optimize campaigns using analytics tools, ensuring high-quality lead acquisition.
