JOB TITLE: SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

LOCATION: SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA (REMOTE)

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and grow our brand presence across Australia. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving commercial performance, managing key partnerships, delivering education and training initiatives, and executing marketing strategies aligned with our global objectives. You will serve as the key link between the Australian market and our UK-based headquarters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales

  • Implement a strategic sales plan developed by HQ to achieve revenue and growth targets in Australia.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day communication with retail partners
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Build and regularly review sales forecasts, demand plans and reports for the UK HQ.

Marketing

  • Execute local marketing campaigns in line with the global brand strategy.
  • Manage local PR agency, supporting with brand storytelling, new product launches, influencer send outs, and founder profiling opportunities in line with global PR strategy.
  • Manage influencer partnerships to amplify brand visibility
  • Manage local events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with HQ-based performance marketing and social media teams to localize content and campaigns.

Education & Training

  • Deliver effective training programs for local retail partners, agency partners, and store staff.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and product knowledge across all touchpoints through frequent collaboration with HQ-based marketing and innovation teams.
  • Lead in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and events for ANZ market.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5 yearsโ€™ experience in a similar role across sales, marketing, and/or education โ€“ preferably in the beauty or wellness industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering marketing ROI.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
  • Experience working with international teams or reporting to global headquarters.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally to the UK.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
