Byldd is a Startup Studio focusing on helping founders launch software businesses. We help founders refine their ideas, identify critical pain points and solutions, build the appropriate software solution, get their first customers, and then scale up.

About the role:

We’re on the lookout for a creative and driven UI/UX Developer (3+ years experience) who’s passionate about building seamless, user-first digital experiences. In this role, you won’t just design—you’ll shape how users interact with our products end-to-end, from ideas and wireframes to polished, high-impact interfaces.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn complex requirements into intuitive designs, while leveraging AI-powered tools to work smarter, move faster, and push creative boundaries. If you love blending design thinking with modern AI capabilities to craft experiences that truly stand out, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, user-first experiences from concept to high-fidelity UI
• Translate product ideas and business requirements into seamless user journeys
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces that balance usability and aesthetics
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to bring ideas to life
• Use AI tools (Figma AI, Visily, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to accelerate ideation, iteration, and innovation
• Build and maintain clean, consistent, and scalable design systems

Requirements:

• 3+ years of UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
• Strong understanding of UX principles, wireframing, and prototyping
• Familiarity with responsive design and basic front-end concepts
• Comfortable in fast-moving, collaborative startup environments
• Enthusiastic about using AI to enhance design workflows
