Incubated by Bybit, Byreal is building a next-generation ecosystem on Solana, creating innovative and category-defying products that bridge DeFi, creator culture, and real-world value. We build for the next generation of builders, creators, and investors.
Our flagship product, bbSOL, connects staked SOL from centralized exchanges to on-chain opportunities, making yield transparent, composable, and easy to access.
We also launched Real Farmer, the first copy-farming product on Solana. Our Vault product also uses a unique pricing mechanism designed for fair bidding, rewarding both strategy and performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies and integrated marketing initiatives for our campaigns for Byreal’s products - our LST bbSOL, DEX, Real Farmer, and future launches.
- Collaborate with product and growth teams to experiment with incentives, referral systems, and activation funnels to attract, engage, and retain users.
- Build and manage partnerships with Solana, Superteams and projects within the Solana ecosystem, as well as KOL and creator communities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, product, and growth to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Manage content and social media calendars that communicate product innovation USPs, onboarding content, infra & ecosystem updates, and regular community engagement (e.g. biweekly community updates, livestreams, AMAs)
- Track and analyze key performance indicators such as user growth, partner activations, campaign conversions, and ecosystem engagement.
Who you are:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, growth, or product roles within web3, fintech, or high-velocity tech companies.
- Proven ability to design and execute product-led or growth-hacking experiments, including viral mechanics, referral loops, or incentive systems.
- Success in integrated or ecosystem marketing, preferably within Solana or similar blockchain ecosystems.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with comfort using dashboards and growth tools.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
Preferred
- Familiarity with Solana’s ecosystem, wallets, and DeFi protocols.
- Experience in creator or community-focused campaigns.
- Background in event, hackathon, or partnership marketing.
- Working knowledge of CRM and marketing analytics tools.
