About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for visual communication and a deep understanding of UI, storytelling, and data visualization. This is not a brand identity role—it’s about turning abstract concepts into clear, compelling visuals across digital platforms. You’ll work closely with creative directors and web designers to translate client briefs into graphics that inform, engage, and convert.
What You’ll Do
- Design visual assets that explain complex workflows, value propositions, and product features
- Create UI mockups that complement written and strategic guidance
- Develop high-impact visuals such as diagrams, infographics, charts, and iconography
- Design client-facing collateral (e.g. presentation decks, sell sheets, PDF explainers)
- Work with design systems and Webflow/Figma assets to maintain consistency
- Bonus: Create simple 2D motion assets (animations, GIFs, motion-based diagrams)
Types of Graphics You’ll Create
- Website graphics (hero visuals, illustrations, process flows)
- Infographics and data visualization
- UX/UI interface mockups for case studies or prototype ideas
- Icon sets and explainer visuals
- Sales support material like pitch decks and capability PDFs
- (Bonus) Micro-animations and motion-enhanced visuals
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in graphic/UI design, ideally in digital agencies or B2B/SaaS environments
- Mastery of Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, Powerpoint/Google Slides and either After Effects or Lottie/Bodymovin (for motion)
- A strong portfolio showing UI design, information design, and storytelling graphics
- Ability to interpret briefs and translate abstract concepts into polished visuals
- Collaborative mindset with creative directors and web designers
- Bonus: Ability to develop reusable asset libraries or lightweight design systems
Nice to Have
- Animation/motion skills (Lottie, After Effects, or similar)
- Experience in Webflow, or working alongside Webflow designers
- Familiarity with data-heavy interfaces or enterprise-level content
