Presentation Designer

Role Description The Presentation Designer will work on-site in Kochi in a full-time capacity, creating visually engaging presentations for a wide range of corporate clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing slide decks, refining visual layouts, choosing appropriate color palettes and typography, and ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with account managers and content teams to translate key messages, data, and concepts into clear, compelling visual stories. The Presentation Designer will adapt content for different audiences and formats, maintain design templates and asset libraries, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality presentations for pitches, internal meetings, and events. The role also includes iterating on client feedback and continuously improving design standards and storytelling approaches.
Qualifications

• Strong presentation design skills, including slide layout, visual hierarchy, and typography, with proficiency in tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote.
• Experience with graphic design and visual communication, ideally using software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design applications.
• Ability to understand and structure complex information, turning data, strategy, and narrative outlines into clear, audience-focused visual stories.
• Attention to detail in formatting, consistency, and brand adherence, ensuring all presentations are polished, accurate, and on-brand.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills, including working closely with content creators, marketing teams, and client-facing staff to refine messaging and visuals.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working on-site in Kochi and engaging in face-to-face collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in corporate or agency presentation design is an advantage.
