Role Description
We are looking for an experienced, self-starting marketer to help lead Butler’s next phase of growth. This role combines brand, creative, digital, and growth marketing responsibilities and works cross-functionally across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Butler’s social media strategy across Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms to foster engagement and acquire customers
- Manage email marketing campaigns, segmenting customers and automating flows to drive conversion and retention
- Oversee quarterly print catalogs and direct mail campaigns, aligned with Butler’s branding and commercial priorities
- Improve the Butler website through Furnishweb, including landing page, merchandising, and user experience enhancements
- Support High Point showroom setup and trade show coordination
- Evolve and grow Butler’s loyalty program
- Identify and negotiate influencer and creator partnerships
- Oversee paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
- Partner with external agency on SEO and organic growth initiatives
- Use AI tools to support content creation and marketing workflows
- Create marketing and presentation materials for business development and key accounts
- Track performance, analyze results, and use insights to improve marketing efforts across channels
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or growth-focused roles
- Required experience: social media, email marketing, creative
- Bonus experience: DTC/e-commerce, B2B customer acquisition, web development, or UX design
- Interest or experience in furniture, interior design, home furnishings or luxury goods space
- Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on in a fast-moving environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with comfort working across department, external partners, and leadership teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a bias toward ownership and initiative
- Naturally curious about AI tools, emerging technologies, and scalable marketing systems that improve efficiency and performance
