Job Title: Influencer Marketing Account & Campaign Manager (Dubai-based)
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience: 3-5+ years in influencer marketing or social media marketing, with hands-on experience running campaigns from start to finish (at least 1-2 years in a client-facing role). Prior agency experience in GCC market is a plus, to understand local consumer trends and influencer culture.
- Client Management Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. Proven track record in managing client accounts and expectations. Able to confidently lead meetings, present campaign plans, and address client feedback or concerns.
- Influencer Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.) and what makes content effective on each. Familiarity with the influencer landscape in the GCC & Levant – knowing key local influencers and audience preferences. Experience in negotiating contracts and managing influencer relationships is crucial.
- Project & Budget Management: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns. Ability to create and manage timelines, coordinate tasks, and ensure on-time delivery. Numeracy and attention to detail for budgeting and quoting – capable of forecasting costs and managing campaign spend.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in analytics – comfortable extracting insights from platform metrics and crafting narratives around performance data. Experience with measuring campaign ROI and using data to optimize future campaigns.
- Creative Thinking: A knack for creative campaign ideas and problem-solving. Can brainstorm content concepts that excite both the client and the influencer’s audience. Able to adapt campaign tactics on the fly if things change (for example, if an influencer’s post underperforms, can suggest quick optimizations).
- Language and Cultural Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous in the UAE context (to liaise with Arabic-speaking influencers or clients). Cultural sensitivity to work with a diverse set of influencers and audiences in the region.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is typically expected (or equivalent work experience). Any certifications in digital marketing or influencer marketing are a plus.
