Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Product Marketing – Growth & Acquisition will play a pivotal role in defining how the company attracts, converts, and retains the next generation of streaming subscribers. This role will focus on developing strategic frameworks, insights, and go-to-market direction for emerging genre-based and customizable streaming products. Rather than executing campaigns, this role identifies growth opportunities, translates insights into strategy, and enables cross-functional teams to execute with clarity, speed, and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive growth and acquisition strategies that define how pricing, offers, and creative connect across the customer journey.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across pricing, packaging, and messaging to optimize acquisition performance.
  • Identify gaps, opportunities, and whitespace through market performance analysis, audience behavior insights, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Partner with Product, Media, Lifecycle, Finance, and Analytics teams to ensure strategic alignment across forecasting, offer design, and performance tracking.
  • Support subscriber and revenue forecasting efforts, modeling performance and ROI across acquisition initiatives.
  • Synthesize insights into clear, executive-ready strategic recommendations, connecting performance data to business outcomes.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that track key KPIs such as subscriber growth, SAC, ARPU, churn, and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape product roadmaps and inform marketing priorities through data-driven insight.

Requirements

  • Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience:

  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing strategy or acquisition within subscription-based or digital media businesses.

  • Proven success developing growth and go-to-market frameworks that guide resource allocation and execution.

  • Experience analyzing A/B tests, audience segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and funnel optimization.

  • Skills:

  • Strong analytical foundation and ability to transform data into actionable strategy.

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex insights.

  • Highly organized, self-starter, and adept at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Collaborative mindset with a problem-solving orientation and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
