Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead, Omnichannel Analytics to join our commercial insights team. This role will be responsible for providing advanced analytics and strategic recommendations that guide omnichannel marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in analytics and machine learning, paired with strong communication skills to influence business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements
Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Experience:
At least 8 years of professional experience in analytics or data science, with significant exposure to omnichannel marketing or customer analytics.
Demonstrated success managing projects of increasing complexity and impact.
Skills:
Advanced programming skills in SQL, R, and/or Python.
Proficiency with machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
Familiarity with omnichannel data sources such as web traffic, impressions, clickstream, and digital engagement metrics.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Tools/Certifications: Hands-on experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
Other:
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Strong problem-solving ability and initiative in identifying opportunities for optimization.
