Job Summary
We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of data, storytelling, and digital execution. You’ll play a critical role in engaging our massive listener base by orchestrating compelling cross-channel campaigns—from email and push notifications to in-app messages and on-platform experiences. This is a hands-on, part-time role ideal for someone who can move quickly between planning, production, and performance analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Bring
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.
Experience:
3+ years in lifecycle, product, or CRM marketing (subscription-based or content-driven experience preferred).
Experience executing campaigns using tools like Adobe Campaign (bonus if you’ve used Airship , ActionIQ , or Tableau ).
Technical Skills:
Comfort editing and troubleshooting HTML for email assets.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and basic forecasting.
Soft Skills:
A self-starter who takes initiative and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Insight-driven , with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable takeaways.
Comfortable navigating cross-functional relationships and aligning stakeholders.
Curious , creative, and motivated to continuously improve performance and processes.
