Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic Data Analyst – Marketing & Operations Analytics to join our Financial Services Analytics team in a fully remote role. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong analytical foundation and 3–6 years of experience, particularly in marketing and operations analytics within financial services. This role will support high-impact initiatives for a leading U.S. bank, focusing on marketing attribution, personalization, dashboard development, and cross-domain analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or related field; or equivalent experience.
Experience: 3–6 years in data analytics, preferably in marketing analytics or financial services.
Skills:
Strong SQL and Python skills (SAS a plus)
Experience with dashboarding tools like Tableau
Familiarity with STA, MTA, and MMM methodologies
Strong understanding of segmentation and personalization strategies
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in matrixed environments
Other: Must be authorized to work in the United States. Remote work eligible.
