What you’ll be doing
You’ll report directly to our Account Director and Marketing Lead, working across a variety of client accounts and internal initiatives. This is a broad, hands-on role with plenty of variety, so we’re looking for someone who is commercially aware, organised, adaptable, and excited by that.
Strategy, research, and planning
- Support the development of marketing strategies across different clients, channels, and objectives
- Carry out market research, competitor research, audience research, and channel research to inform decision-making
- Help identify opportunities for growth, experimentation, and performance improvement across the full marketing funnel
- Contribute ideas and recommendations that are grounded in insight, not guesswork
Campaign execution across digital channels
- Execute work across channels such as SEO, GEO, PPC, paid social, organic social, email, website content, and wider digital marketing activity
- Support campaign planning, setup, optimisation, and ongoing management
- Help turn strategy into action across different platforms, industries, and client goals
- Be willing to jump into new, unfamiliar, or unexpected tasks and figure things out quickly
Tracking, reporting, and optimisation
- Monitor campaign and channel performance across accounts
- Track key metrics, spot patterns, identify issues, and surface opportunities
- Build or contribute to reports that clearly communicate performance, learnings, and next steps
- Use data to make practical recommendations and ongoing optimisations, rather than reporting for reporting’s sake
Copywriting and content support
- Write and refine copy across a range of formats including social posts, Reddit content, website copy, ads, landing pages, email content, and other marketing assets
- Adapt tone of voice depending on the brand, audience, and platform
- Ensure content is clear, engaging, well-written, and aligned with wider strategic goals
Using AI and adapting fast
- Use AI tools confidently to support research, ideation, workflows, content, and operational efficiency
- Help us find new ways to improve how we work without compromising quality
- Stay curious about changes in marketing, platforms, tools, and trends, and be willing to learn quickly
Team contribution
- Bring a positive, proactive, solutions-focused attitude to Slack, meetings, and day-to-day communication
- Work collaboratively with the wider team and contribute to a strong remote culture
- Take ownership of your work while communicating clearly and constructively
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within an agency environment
- Strong hands-on experience across digital marketing channels and an understanding of how they work together across the full funnel
- Experience supporting both strategy and execution
- Confidence with research, performance tracking, reporting, and optimisation
- Strong copywriting skills across different formats and platforms
- A solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, with experience across areas like SEO, PPC, paid social, organic social, content, websites, email, or CRO
- Comfortable working across different clients, industries, and priorities
- Proactive, resourceful, and not afraid to take on tasks you haven’t done before
- Methodical and detail-oriented, with high standards for quality
