We’re partnered with a growing technology scaleup in the logistics space who have secure recent funding. They're scaling their technology platform in line with a growing user base and beyond.

They’re now hiring remote based (UK) Senior Software Engineers to join a small, growing team focused on scaling an existing GO-based platform through its next stage of growth.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys improving real systems in production. The focus is on performance, reliability, developer experience and scaling a distributed serverless platform that already handles significant volume.

The environment is remote-first, highly collaborative and built around proactive communication. Engineers are given autonomy, broad ownership and the chance to help shape both product and technical direction.

It’s best suited to someone who enjoys start-up pace, working across multiple areas of a system, and solving practical scaling challenges as part of a small team.

Ideal profile:

• 5+ years’ commercial software engineering experience
• Ability to contribute across the Fullstack with backend engineering experience in GO
• Experience building distributed, microservice or event-driven systems
• Good cloud infrastructure knowledge, ideally within AWS
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations and scalable backend design
• Comfortable working in a remote first, small engineering function within a startup environment
• Reactjs experience is helpful, but not essential
