Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will be at the forefront of driving strategic decisions through data, optimizing operations, and enhancing customer experiences. The ideal candidate has at least 3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, a deep analytical mindset, and a passion for uncovering insights that drive growth. Your contributions will directly shape business strategy, efficiency, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize interactive dashboards using Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI to track key performance indicators and business performance.
• Extract, clean, and analyse large datasets using SQL and BI tools (Metabase, Tableau, Power BI) to uncover actionable insights that drive business decisions and optimize operational efficiency.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on shopper behavior, operational efficiency, and customer trends to provide strategic recommendations for growth.
• Perform advanced data analysis, statistical modelling, and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to drive data-backed decisions.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a start-up, e-commerce, or logistics industry.
• Expertise in Advanced SQL, including complex queries, window functions, CTEs, performance optimization, and handling large datasets efficiently, is required, including expertise in writing optimized queries, improving database performance, and managing large datasets efficiently.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong Excel skills for advanced data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Python for data manipulation and automation is a plus.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and execute efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for identifying actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate complex data into business strategies.
