About
Our client is a growing, forward-thinking marketing agency. They are seeking a strategic Project Manager to join their Operations team and play a critical role in streamlining client lifecycle processes and supporting broader operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Client Lifecycle Management:
- Lead and optimize client onboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions
- Develop and execute efficient offboarding procedures to maintain positive client relationships
- Create standardized workflows and documentation for lifecycle touchpoints
- Collaborate with account teams to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks
Cross-Portfolio Operations Support:
- Support operational initiatives across a portfolio of companies
- Coordinate cross-functional projects involving multiple subsidiaries
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across organizations
- Identify synergies and opportunities for operational efficiency
Strategic Project Management:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Track and report on key operational metrics and KPIs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget
constraints
- Implement process improvements based on data-driven insights
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner closely with leadership teams to understand strategic objectives
- Facilitate communication between departments and subsidiaries
- Present project updates and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships across all organizational levels
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in marketing, consulting, or
professional services
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Strong understanding of client lifecycle management and customer success principles
- Experience working with multiple teams or organizations simultaneously
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana preferred)
