Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager – U.S. Market

About BULEX

BULEX Soda is a new U.S. functional soda brand preparing to launch in the American market through Amazon and TikTok Shop.

We’re building a bold, highly differentiated consumer brand and are looking for a smart, ambitious digital marketer in Egypt to join us at an early stage and take ownership of our creator and digital marketing activities.

What You’ll Do

You will work remotely from Egypt. Your primary responsibility will be building and managing BULEX’s creator and affiliate marketing engine, particularly for TikTok Shop in the U.S.

You will:

• Identify and recruit TikTok creators and affiliates who fit the BULEX brand.

• Manage creator outreach, communication, product seeding and follow-ups.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active creators.

• Track creator videos, views, conversions, sales and ROI.

• Identify winning content and creators and scale what works.

• Manage TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns and creator relationships.

• Research competitors, viral content, trends and successful beverage campaigns.

• Coordinate paid usage/licensing of high-performing creator content.

• Work with AI and marketing tools to improve creator discovery, outreach and campaign performance.

• Support BULEX’s broader digital marketing activities across TikTok, Amazon and other social channels.

• Prepare clear weekly performance reports and recommendations.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re more interested in intelligence, initiative and the ability to learn quickly than simply having a long CV.

The ideal candidate has:

• 3+ years of experience in digital, social media, influencer or performance marketing.

• Excellent written and spoken English is a must

• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and short-form video content.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Excellent research and analytical abilities.

• Confidence working with spreadsheets, data and performance metrics.

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

• Comfort learning new AI and marketing platforms independently.

• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in building a brand from the ground up.

Experience with TikTok Shop, influencer/affiliate marketing, Amazon or U.S. consumer brands is a strong advantage, but not mandatory.

The Opportunity

This isn’t a traditional social-media posting role.

You’ll work directly on building the marketing engine behind a new consumer brand entering the U.S. market and will have significant responsibility from the beginning.
