We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to build our online presence, engage our community, and grow our brand across all major platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with brand goals and growth targets
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics)
• Manage and grow communities on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook
• Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data and engagement insights
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to align messaging across channels
• Stay current on social trends, platform updates, and competitor activity

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or startup
• Strong writing, storytelling, and content-creation skills
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Passion for education, online learning, and community engagement
• Bonus: experience with paid ads, influencer outreach, or online course promotion
