Role Overview
Building Hope is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead visual content creation and execute integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels. This position requires a unique blend of graphic design expertise, digital marketing strategy, and project management capabilities.
The ideal candidate is a designer first and marketer second—someone who can create compelling visual assets, develop strategic approaches to discoverability and conversion, and manage campaigns from concept through launch.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Visual Content
● Design high-quality graphics for email, social media, web, presentations, landing pages, digital
advertising, and event materials
● Develop and maintain templates for ongoing marketing initiatives
● Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets
● Partner with the Director of Marketing on visual direction and brand standards
Digital Campaign Execution
● Plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns across email, social media, web, paid media,
content marketing, and events
● Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and performance benchmarks
SEO, GEO & Discoverability
● Implement on-page SEO best practices, including metadata, headers, internal linking, and image
optimization
● Execute GEO targeting strategies for regional and market-specific campaigns
● Support keyword research and content optimization efforts
● Monitor organic performance and provide strategic recommendations
Email Marketing, Automation & CRM
● Build and segment email lists for targeted outreach
● Design and develop email templates aligned with brand standards
● Create nurture workflows and automated drip campaigns
● Manage lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle stage progression
Website & Conversion Optimization
● Update website content and landing pages
● Implement design and user experience improvements
● Optimize conversion pathways using data-driven insights
Paid Media Management
● Design creative assets for paid advertising campaigns
● Manage campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google platforms
● Monitor budgets, performance metrics, and return on investment
Marketing Operations & Project Management
● Track project tasks, milestones, and deadlines
● Proactively identify and communicate risks and bottlenecks
Analytics & Reporting
● Build dashboards and generate recurring performance reports
● Track conversions, attribution models, and campaign ROI
● Translate data into actionable strategic insights
Qualifications
● 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design
● Degree in Marketing or related field
● Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design capabilities
● Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
● Working knowledge of SEO and GEO targeting strategies
● Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Self-motivated with strong creative problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
● Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Required Tools & Platform Experience
● Design: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
● CRM: HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms
● Email: Mailchimp or comparable email service providers
● Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4)
● Advertising: Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads
● CMS: Webflow, WordPress, or similar content management systems
● Project Management: Monday.com, Asana, or comparable tools
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience in education, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations
● Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
● Motion graphics or video editing capabilities
