We are looking for a Senior Director of Marketing to join our team! The Senior Director of Marketing is a critical leadership role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement within the residential construction lending sector. You will be a strategic thinker, a data-driven marketer, and a collaborative leader, directly managing a team and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious business objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, hands-on execution, and a deep understanding of the residential construction and lending landscape.

We are experiencing significant growth and are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Marketing to drive the marketing initiatives for our Builders Capital business line.
What You’ll Do:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the Builders Capital business objectives and overall company goals within the construction lending sector.
- Define and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis, specifically within the construction lending market, to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Team Management & Development:
- Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Delegate tasks, provide constructive feedback, and ensure team members meet individual and team goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Identify training and development opportunities for team members.
Brand Management & Positioning:
- Define and maintain the brand identity and positioning for Builders Capital within the broader Builders Capital brand, ensuring alignment with the residential construction lending market.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and experience across all marketing channels.
- Develop and execute brand awareness campaigns to enhance market presence and recognition within the target sectors.
Demand Generation & Lead Management:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive sales growth, specifically targeting professional homebuilders.
- Utilize a variety of marketing channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, industry events, and strategic partnerships, relevant to the construction lending industry.
- Work closely with cross-functional team members to optimize lead management and conversion.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and sales alignment.
Digital Marketing & Content Strategy:
- Develop and execute a robust digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, tailored to the professional homebuilder audience.
- Create and manage engaging content across various platforms to attract and retain target audiences within the construction lending sector.
- Analyze website traffic and digital marketing performance to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Provide regular reports and analysis on marketing performance, market trends, and competitive activity, with a specific focus on the residential construction lending landscape.
- Use data to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role, ideally within the financial services or real estate construction sectors.
- Expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including marketing automation, CRM, and analytics.
- Proven experience managing and developing a marketing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a marketing budget and delivering measurable results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of the residential construction lending market and customer base (professional homebuilders) a plus!
