We're now on a mission to help agencies bring the full power of AI and automation to the client review process, to make their businesses more efficient & profitable.

About the role

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own how we talk about BugHerd and the value it delivers. You'll lead our product communication strategy and shape how we position BugHerd in a world where AI is changing how websites get built and reviewed.

This is a hands-on role. You'll set the direction and do the work, from positioning and launch plans through to recording videos and live product demos. You'll report to the Head of Product and work closely with our Marketing Director.

What you'll do

• Own the product communication strategy
• Lead our positioning around how BugHerd uses AI and automation to make QA faster and easier
• Monitor competitor positioning & intelligence
• Run live customer demos
• Plan and run all product communications including but not limited to:

- New feature positioning, naming & GTM

- In-app messaging

- Onboarding & activation

- Lifecycle emails

- Monthly product update emails.

- Product Webinars

- Product content for social media

- How-to guides and education on using AI in the QA process

- Product support & help content

• Partner with the marketing team on initiatives like:

- Own all partner & ecosystem comms

- Develop case study content

- Lead Product Webinars

- Produce landing pages, product social posts and LLM / AEO content

About you

You're into AI. You already use AI in your day to day work, and not just for drafting emails. Maybe you've used it for video, images, social posting or automating parts of your workflow. You're curious and like to constantly experiment with what is coming next.

You know digital agencies. You've worked in a digital agency, or at a company that sold to them. You understand who the users are, how they think and what problems they deal with.

You're a content creator at heart. Video, webinars, demos, writing and socials are your jam, not something you avoid. Docs and release notes are part of the job, but they're not where you hide.

You’ve got something on the side. Maybe it’s a side hustle, a small business, a newsletter or a passion project. We love people who build things outside of work. It brings fresh experience, great energy and plenty of skills that carry over to the role.

You run on your own steam. You're self-motivated and know what needs doing without being told. You can come up with a plan and get on with it.

You've done this before, or something close to it. Ideally you've got 3+ years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company. But if you've come from an agency or a related role and have been doing product marketing type work, like telling product stories, launching features or creating content, we'd still love to hear from you.
