The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Project Manager to help oversee the successful execution of high-value client engagements. This individual will serve as the operational backbone of the initiative, owning timelines, deliverables, and interdepartmental coordination across marketing, creative, events, and strategic functions. The ideal candidate excels in high-stakes environments, is adept at managing multiple moving parts, can bring clarity to ambiguity, and has experience working on multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires someone who is both a generalist and a detail-oriented executor, and who is comfortable creating a plan but is even more energized by ensuring it gets done.

You’ll Be Doing

Project Planning & Execution

• Build and maintain comprehensive project timelines, deliverables, and task trackers.
• Serve as the central point of contact for internal teams and client communications.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment between marketing, content, design, partnerships, multiple client accounts, and production teams.

Client Management

• Support weekly and monthly reporting of project status, timelines, and KPIs.
• Coordinate internal prep for client meetings and ensure all deliverables meet expectations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage expectations.

Operational Coordination

• Lead day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, content rollouts, event timelines, and creative approvals.
• Track budget and scope changes, flagging risks and dependencies in real time.
• Collaborate with department leads to ensure resource allocation aligns with deadlines.

Process & Quality

• Improve team workflows, documentation, and reporting structures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Enforce quality control processes across all client-facing outputs.
• Facilitate retrospective reviews and process improvement cycles post-launch or milestone delivery.

We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in a fast-paced marketing or media environment
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and large-scale deliverables
• Strong organizational skills with a systems mindset—comfortable using Notion, Asana, or other project management tools
• Effective communicator with executive presence and client-facing experience
• Ability to anticipate roadblocks, manage competing priorities, and pivot quickly
• Deep attention to detail and an ability to zoom in/out across multiple timelines and workstreams
• Experience with events, content marketing, creative production, or brand partnerships is a plus
• A passion for Bitcoin and alignment with our company mission is preferred
• Nice to have: Project management certifications such as PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or PRINCE2

The pay range for this role is:

73,000 - 132,000 USD per year (Remote)
