🎯 The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Leader who can build and execute a growth strategy that positions BT1.ai as a category leader in AI recruitment solutions. This person will own the marketing funnel from brand awareness to customer acquisition blending creativity, data-driven decision-making, and strong leadership.

🧠 What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all channels (paid, organic, email, social, SEO, partnerships).
• Build a strong brand narrative around AI, innovation, and the future of recruitment.
• Manage and optimize performance campaigns to drive qualified traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Lead content creation initiatives (blogs, landing pages, videos, webinars, case studies) that position BT1.ai as an industry thought leader.
• Oversee marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools to measure and improve performance.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to align campaigns with go-to-market goals.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a growing marketing team.

💡 What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth leadership, preferably in SaaS, HRTech, or AI-driven startups.
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth and brand recognition.
• Expertise in B2B performance marketing, SEO, SEM, content, and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Strong grasp of analytics and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, GA4, Meta/LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
