Job Description: E-Commerce Creative & Marketing Manager (Amazon & Chewy)

About Us

We’re an 8-figure pet treat brand selling on Amazon, Chewy, and our own site, with 75+ SKUs and a reputation for premium, all-natural products. We need a hands-on Creative & Marketing Manager to own design execution, creative strategy, and content optimization across our e-commerce channels.

Role Overview

This role blends graphic design, content management, and performance optimization. You’ll produce listing images, A+ content, infographics, packaging visuals, and ads, while running A/B tests and leveraging AI tools to speed workflows and boost conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Amazon & Chewy content (main images, infographics, A+, storefronts).

• Create packaging mockups, lifestyle images, and ad creatives.

• Use A/B testing platforms (Intellivy, PickFu, etc.) to validate creative.

• Incorporate AI tools for ideation, workflow acceleration, and content enhancement.

• Maintain organized content libraries with clear naming and version control.

• Collaborate with Founder, PPC agency, and Amazon Listing Manager on campaigns.

• Track performance metrics (CTR, conversion) and optimize creative accordingly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in graphic design/creative production (Amazon experience required).

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; video editing a plus.

• Strong eye for design with proven track record of high-converting Amazon images.

• Experience with A/B testing and consumer testing tools.

• Comfortable with AI-powered creative tools (or eager to learn and apply).

• Highly organized with content workflow management experience.

• Balance of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and execution skills.
