Brush Creek Distillery, known for its Craft Distilling, Blending, and Trailblazing spirits program, is seeking a creative talent interested in saddling up to support our growth and on-going celebration of the American West. The hands-on marketer will be actively involved in creating eye-catching designs/visuals, keeping our website fresh and functional, and helping grow our social presence. You'll play a key part in our creative framework, marketing campaigns, product launches, tasting room promotions, and partner activations—translating our brand story into compelling content across digital and print.
The ideal candidate will reside within a few short hours of Brush Creek Distillery (https://brushcreekdistillery.com/), which is located Saratoga, WY, on a 30,000-acre working cattle and collection of world-renowned, upscale luxury lodging properties, known as All-Inclusive Luxury Ranch Resort, WY | Brush Creek Ranch (https://www.brushcreekranch.com/).
Key Responsibilities
Design on-brand assets: product sell sheets, shelf talkers, case cards, POS, tasting menus, event collateral, email graphics, ads, and presentations.
Create &/or assist in packaging and label mockups, retouch product photography, and prepare press-ready files.
Maintain asset library and templates for recurring needs.
Manage vendor relationships for print, social, signage, and photography.
Update and maintain website (CMS) with new products, events, and SEO best practices.
Build and manage landing pages for campaigns; ensure site accessibility, mobile performance, and analytics tracking.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Capture/edit short-form video/photo content and write engaging captions.
Engage with community interactions, influencers, and ambassadors.
Assist with email marketing (design, templates, A/B testing).
Interact &/or support other marketing, creative, and public relations partners in the development or exchange of company assets
Support on & off-site events, trade programs, and distributor presentations with branded assets.
Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent visual identity across channels.
Qualifications
3–5+ years in graphic design, digital content, or marketing role (beverage/CPG or hospitality preferred).
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Dropbox, SmugMug and CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify).
Experience with social media content creation, scheduling tools, and basic ad management.
Strong typography, layout, and short-form video editing skills.
Working knowledge of SEO, web accessibility, and Google Analytics.
Experience preparing files for both print and digital output.
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
Comfortable editing photos/video on phone or DSLR/mirrorless camera.
Strong communication skills
Prerequisites
21 Years of Age or Older
Active driver's license
Ability for limited work travel (as-needed)
Must enjoy working in an entrepreneurial, team atmosphere related to the spirits/hospitality industry
Must be dependable, a self-starter, loyal and honest
Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).
Ecommerce and/or familiarity with sales third-party platforms
Background or interest in consumer goods products, wine/spirits, hospitality or outdoor adventure background
Interest in participating in off-site event marketing and promotions

This is a full-time role requiring primary professional focus; any outside employment or business ventures must receive prior written approval from the Company position & its officer(s).
Work Style & Tools
Hybrid or remote with occasional on-site needs for content capture and event coverage.
Tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Workspace, project management software (Asana/Monday), WordPress, CMS platforms, social scheduling tools, and analytics dashboards.
