Web & Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a creative and detail-driven Web & Graphic Designer to join our team at RBS AMG. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on blending design innovation with functionality to elevate our online presence.

Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $5.94 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Schedule: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM CST (Houston Time)

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

• Plan, ideate, and design websites and web pages, incorporating text, photos, graphics, and video content.
• Oversee design and layout, whether for new website builds or updates to existing sites.
• Create digital graphics and user-friendly web interfaces for RBS AMG’s online presence.
• Support various short-term web and digital projects across the company.
• Ensure design consistency with brand identity and visual standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet project goals and timelines.
• Manage tasks via Trello and provide daily end-of-day reports.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in web and graphic design.
• Skilled in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar).
• Knowledge of web development basics (HTML, CSS, WordPress or other CMS).
• Strong understanding of UI/UX and responsive design principles.
• Ability to handle multiple short-term projects efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
