Job Description

This dynamic hybrid role offers the perfect blend of creative design work and technical web development in a fast-paced consulting environment. You’ll be at the forefront of helping businesses establish their digital presence while creating compelling marketing materials that directly contribute to their success in securing funding and growing their operations. With approximately 5-6 website projects per month and continuous graphic design needs, this position provides consistent variety, creative challenges, and the satisfaction of seeing your work directly impact small businesses and non-profits as they achieve their goals. You’ll work closely with experienced business consultants who understand what it takes to help companies succeed, giving you valuable insight into business strategy while applying your technical and creative skills.

• Hourly Rate: USD 7.60, the equivalent in your local currency

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop 5-6 professional websites per month for diverse clients ranging from startups to established businesses
• Create compelling marketing brochures and promotional materials that help clients secure grants and attract customers
• Design eye-catching graphics for various business applications, presentations, and marketing campaigns
• Transform raw content into polished, professional PDF documents and client presentations
• Refresh and modernize existing websites, including ongoing maintenance and updates
• Conduct targeted research to support grant applications and business development initiatives
• Collaborate directly with the consulting team to understand client needs and deliver exceptional results
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high quality standards and meeting deadlines

Requirements

• Proven experience in website development with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
• Expertise in WordPress development and modern web technologies
• Advanced graphic design skills with proficiency in industry-standard design software
• Experience creating professional business documents, PDFs, and marketing materials
• Strong English communication skills for effective client collaboration
• Previous experience working with remote/international teams preferred
• Ability to work independently while being responsive and communicative
• Understanding of business marketing principles and professional design standards
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills for handling multiple projects simultaneously
